Rathfarnham Golf Club is in a great location: just a few miles from Dublin City Centre, yet nestled in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains. It's just minutes from the Firhouse/Ballyboden exit on the M50, which is the main ring road around Dublin.

From the North/Airport (M50)
Take the M50 Motorway South (through toll) to Exit 12 for Firhouse/Ballyboden. Turn left off exit ramp. Go straight through first roundabout. At second roundabout bear right onto the Old Scholarstown Road towards Edmondstown (signposted). Turn right into Stocking Lane. The Club is three quarters of a mile up on the left hand side.

From The South (M50)
Take the M50 Motorway North to Exit 12 for Firhouse/Ballyboden. Turn right over the bridge over the M50. Go straight through first roundabout. At second roundabout bear right onto the Old Scholarstown Road towards Edmondstown (signposted). Turn right into Stocking Lane. The Club is three quarters of a mile up on the left hand side.

From the City Centre
Travel South from O'Connell Street onto D'Olier Street and then keep bearing right onto College Street and then Dame Street . Turn left into South Great George's Street. Continue straight through Aungier Street , Wexford Street and Camden Street and bear right for most of the one way circuit of the block before turning left on to the slip road into RichmondStreet. Continue straight on to Rathmines and then bear right on to Rathgar Road and Terenure Road East and then turn left onto Rathfarnham Road at Terenure Cross. Turn right into Willbrook Road (at the “Yellow House” Pub and Church). Follow the main road to Ballyboden Road. Go straight through lights at junction and straight on through the first roundabout. Take the next right (Scholarstown Road) and take the second left up Stocking Lane . The Club is three quarters of a mile up on the left hand side.

In the event that there is a medical emergency at the Club please familiarise yourself with the following
information:
On the course - contact the Clubhouse, advise of the emergency and send for help. Contact the
emergency services:
112 or 999 advising of your location EIRCODE D16 C677 and the hole location on the course.
If possible send someone to meet with the emergency services at the gate.

Defibrillator - The club has 2 defibrillators, 1 located inside the main door and 1 located in the Dining Room.
Both are located in a carrier case and come with all necessary accessories.

Access to the course - In the event of emergency services requiring access to the course a key to the
security bollards at the 15th tee is attached to the defibrillator inside the main door of the clubhouse.

A number of staff members, course & clubhouse, have been trained in First Responder and AED first aid.
A list of these is attached to each defibrillator.

First Aid kits - First aid kits are available from the following locations;
Main Entrance, Ladies Locker room, Kitchen and Golf Shop.
